Your Instructor
Taught by a designer who's shipped for 25 years.
I'm Igor. I've led design teams at startups and large-scale enterprises, shipping digital products used by millions of people across SaaS, fintech, and consumer apps. These classes are everything I know, taught live.

Why It Works
Small groups. Real access. No fluff.
These aren't pre-recorded videos. They're live sessions where you can ask questions, push back, and get direct feedback.
Direct access to me
Groups of five max, or fully private 1:1. Ask anything, interrupt often — that's the whole point.
Live, never recorded lectures
Every class is a live 1–1.5 hour Zoom session. No modules, no "covered in video 7."
Recordings yours to keep
Your session video arrives within 24 hours — rewatch it, take notes from it, share it.
Take one or take all five
No package required. Start with the class that hits your biggest gap right now.
What You'll Build
Skills like systems thinking, business fluency, and data-driven judgment.
Mental models to solve complex product problems — the thinking that outlasts every tool and separates designers who get promoted from designers who stay stuck.
The 5 Classes
The skills that actually move your career forward.
Not Figma shortcuts. The five areas that separate designers who get promoted from designers who stay stuck.
01 Problem Discovery & User Research
Most products don't fail because of bad UI. They fail because they're solving the wrong problem.
Great designers don't start with solutions. They start with understanding. A beautiful dashboard nobody needs is still a failed design.
02 Systems Thinking
Modern products are ecosystems, not screens. Every decision affects something upstream or downstream.
Every screen is part of a larger system. What happens before a user arrives? After they leave? How does one decision ripple through the whole product?
03 Business & Product Strategy
Many designers stop at usability. The best designers understand revenue, growth, retention, and market dynamics.
Design is a business function, not a decoration function. Ask: how does this feature make money? How does it reduce churn? How does it increase customer value?
04 Decision-Making Through Data
The future belongs to designers who combine qualitative and quantitative insights.
Opinions scale poorly. Evidence scales well. A designer who can answer "where are users dropping off?" and "which feature drives retention?" is irreplaceable.
05 Communication, Influence & AI Tools Now includes AI
The skill that determines career growth more than visual design — now supercharged with AI tools that change how designers work, ship, and communicate.
The best design in the world is useless if you can't get it built. AI doesn't replace great design thinking — but designers who know how to use it will outpace those who don't.
You don't have to take all five. Start with the one that addresses your biggest gap right now. If it clicks, come back for more.
Real Work
Built on real products, not theory.
Every lesson comes from work shipped at real companies for real users. Here's some of it — full case studies on the portfolio.

Now Teaching
AI is changing how designers work. I'll show you how.
I've spent the last year integrating AI into my own end-to-end design process — from research to shipping production-ready websites. These aren't theoretical use cases. This is how I actually work now, and I'm teaching it.
Designers who learn to work with AI will move faster, ship more, and have more influence.
Claude Code
Use AI to write, debug, and ship real code — no engineering team required. From design to deployed product.
Figma AI
Generate layouts, write copy, prototype flows, and auto-annotate designs — all without leaving Figma.
Shipping with AI
Go from design file to live website in hours. The exact process I use to build and deploy real products.
End-to-end workflow
Research → design → prototype → build → ship. How AI fits at every stage without breaking your process.
Pricing
Access shouldn't be limited by cost.
Try one class. If it's not for you, you're out $100 and a couple of hours — not a $2,000 course you regret. Two ways to take any class:

Only 5 students a month. On purpose.
Because I want to know you and give you real feedback. Large cohorts turn into passive watching — small groups mean you can actually ask questions, push back, and get direct answers. Spots genuinely fill up.

Common questions.
Do I need design experience?
No. These work for beginners and working designers who want to level up. Email me and I'll tell you honestly if it's the right fit.
Why only 5 students per month?
Because I want to know you and give you real feedback. Large cohorts turn into passive watching. Small groups mean direct access.
Can I take classes in any order?
Yes. Class 1 is a great starting point, but each class is valuable on its own.
Is this about Figma or tools?
No. Tools are mentioned where relevant, but the focus is thinking — research, strategy, systems, data, communication. Skills that outlast every tool.
Why are you qualified to teach this?
B.A. in Art and Graphic Design from Penn State. 25+ years leading design at companies ranging from startups to large enterprises — building products used by millions.
What if I need to reschedule?
Email me 48 hours before and we'll find another time. No penalties.
Do you offer refunds?
Cancel more than 48 hours before your session and I'll refund you in full.
How do I pay?
